Landmark Clean Water Act Threatened

Recent decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court have created confusion about whether certain waters will remain protected by the Clean Water Act—the nation’s most important law limiting water pollution. The federal agencies charged with protecting our waters have instead interpreted these rulings in a way that would jeopardize thousands of streams and wetlands.

It is important that we let EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers know that this threat to wetland protections is unacceptable. Please take a moment to send a your comments to EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers.
