Bull Creek Restoration Project Groundbreaking Ceremony

The ceremony will take place at Beilenson Park in the Sepulveda Basin Recreation Area.

Please enter via the Beilenson Park entrance road from Balboa Blvd., about 3/10 of mile south of Victory Blvd. The ceremony will be held adjacent to the parking area on the north side of the access road.
