SFVAS provided travel-support to several students from the Moore Lab of Zoology at Occidental College to present their research results at the American Ornithological Society meeting in Puerto Rico in June 2022. Tonight, we are pleased to have three of those students describe their research projects to us.
Eliza Kirsch: Investigating Divergence in Green Jays Across the Mexican Lowlands
Kelsey Reckling: Testing for inter-mountain connectivity in the Mexican Highlands with Red Warblers
Maeve Secor: Evolutionary divergence in Pheucticus Grosbeaks
